This sauce created when i made melted layered chocolated bread and butter pudding. terlalu comman ngan vanilla sauce... n ada leftove white chocolate yang dah agak keras dalam fridge... so terfikir la nak pair the pudding ngan white chocolate sauce.... if yang tak suka manis... add more milk... to who like creamy add more cream... here is how i made the sauce.

1 1/2 cup of chunk white chocolate
1 cup of milk
1 cup of cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
1. Double boil the chocolate until melted over medium heat.
2. Add milk, cream . mix well.
3. Turn off the heat. Add vanilla essence.
