Ingredients :
4-5 carrot (peel n grated coarsly)
1 bunch of coriander leaves (chopped coarsly)
5 shallot (finely slice)
5-8 cilipadi (chopped)
3 lime ( take juices)
Nampla sauce (fish sauce) to taste
method :
mix carrot n coriander... put aside
in another bowl, mix the shallot, cilipadi, lime juice n nampla sauce... mix well n leave for 5 minute...(to get more shallot taste).
mix to the carrot bowl just b4 serve....
