Choc souffle camomile




Ingredients

• 100g chocolate powder*
• 250g castor sugar*
• 500ml fresh milk *
• 200g melted butter*
• 250g condense milk*
• 4 eggs - beaten
• 150gall purpose flour - sieve
• 1 tsp soda bicarbonate- sieve
• 1tsp Baking Powder - sieve


For Topping


150g hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips
30g chocolate powder
2 tbsp whipping cream
1 tbsp camomile syrup (or if u don't have can use condense milk)
1 tbsp unsalted butter

Method

  • mix all ingredients mark * in a saucepan over low heat. keep whisking until all sugar disolve. no neet to boil. set aside and let it cool.
  • mix all dry ingredients togather in another bowl.
  • beat eggs until buble. add the chocolate-milk mixture. mix well. add flour mixture. whisk until all ingredients mix well.
  • pour into ramekin cup already line in with parchment and grease at side wall of the cup to 2/3 full. covered with aluminium foil.
  • steam for 1 hour over medium-high heat.
  • let it cool b4 garnish with chocolate topping

For topping

  • double boil the chocolate chips until melt. camomile syrup. mix well.
  • in a bowl, mix chocolate powder with whipping cream . mix well.
  • add the chocolate powder-cream mixture into melted chocolate. mix well until smooth. turn the fire off.
  • add butter and mix well.
